Kristy is the reason this office deserves any praise. As the Account Representative, she was exceptional, genuinely attentive, took the time to truly understand what I needed, laid out clear options, and remained friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. She handled everything with skill and care.
As for Jeremy Senn? I have no idea who he is or what he contributes. He was completely absent from the process and added zero value. Kristy did ALL the work, and she’s the reason I’d recommend this office."
